Prices include German VAT where applicable. No recurring charge follows a consultation.
Why some reviews need an estimate
A couple using the same route is different from a family with separate citizenships, several appointment types and translated civil-status records. Document-review pricing can change with the number of people, purposes, languages and unresolved discrepancies. Send the inventory first; we will state the fee before asking for payment.
Payment and scheduling
Once scope and time are agreed, we issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. Payment secures the appointment. This website does not collect payment details and has no checkout.
Rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice is normally free once. Late cancellation, no-show and work-already-started terms are explained on our refund and cancellation page.
What your fee does not cover
Authority charges, certified translations, legal or tax advice, insurance premiums, property deposits, travel and third-party professional fees are separate. We will never add them to an invoice without prior written agreement.
