Read the practical signals before signing
The Housing & Arrival Session helps you assess whether an address supports your first administrative steps. We cover the difference between cold and warm rent, deposits, utility arrangements, notice language, furnished sublets, the Wohnungsgeberbestätigung, and questions to ask before transferring money.
Bring a listing or draft agreement if you have one. We explain unfamiliar terms and build a viewing-and-arrival checklist, but we do not negotiate, inspect property, act as an estate agent or provide legal review of a tenancy contract.
This session suits newcomers who are still searching or comparing realistic options. It cannot guarantee housing and it deliberately avoids “secret listing” claims. You leave knowing what evidence to request and which unclear clauses deserve specialist advice.
